2008 Monthly Dues $89 per month for the Town Homes
$90 per month for the Single Family Homes
According to Armstrong Management and as exhibited by our surrounding communities throughout the region, it is best management practices – and ultimately most fair – for an association to charge each housing type it respective charges. For the first time, Spring Lakes HOA has broken down the obligations that we share in common between the 120 Single Family Homes and the 288 Town Homes. That common number is reflected in the “General Assessments” area and encompasses the vast majority of the budget and accounts for $64.20 of your monthly payment.
There are three areas in which our two areas don’t share costs equally: trash collection, snow removal and contributions to reserves (the split is 75/25% for the Town Homes due to the inherent costs of maintaining the private roads). Those have now been split out and their costs spread out over the homes comes to $24.80 per month for the THs and $25.80 for the SFH.
